Aproova Terms of Use

1. Operator

Aproova is operated by TRADEIVE SOLUÇÕES DIGITAIS LTDA, CNPJ 66.108.722/0001-72, Blumenau/SC, Brazil.

In these terms, Aproova means the digital product, platform, and related services operated by Tradeive.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and report unrecognized access or suspicious invitations without delay.

3. Workspaces, roles, and access

Workspace administrators are responsible for invitations, roles, public links, deadlines, and the people they authorize.

Revoking access blocks future use but cannot undo content already viewed, downloaded, or copied.

4. Files and content

You remain responsible for every file, comment, version, brand, and data you add. You confirm that you have the rights and legal basis required to use and share them.

You grant Aproova the limited permission required to host, process, display, and share that content with authorized participants.

5. Reviews and approvals

Comments, change requests, approvals, signatures, and certificates are operational records of a review. They do not replace a contract or document required by law unless the parties expressly agree and all applicable requirements are met.

6. Notifications and integrations

Email, links, webhooks, messaging, and integrations are supporting channels and may be delayed or blocked. People responsible for urgent or sensitive work should follow it directly.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are purchased per workspace and may vary by review volume, internal users, storage, and features.

Trial, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are the conditions displayed at checkout, in the billing portal, or in a commercial proposal.

8. Confidentiality and personal data

You must protect files, briefs, comments, and data you can access. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use Aproova for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious content, infringe third-party rights, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.

10. Availability and suspension

The service may be affected by maintenance or third-party failures. Aproova may suspend an account, link, or workspace because of a security risk, non-payment, misuse, legal duty, or violation of these terms.

11. Governing law and contact
